Product prices

All references to Rupee on this website are in Indian currency. Prices are subject to change at any time , without any notifications. All rights to change prices are reserved by THE OBJECT LAB.

No product can be sold for Indian prices outside the country.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Delivery - Charges and Timing

1. Shipping for all domestic orders above INR 2,500 will be free of cost.

2. Shipping costs are calculated based on cumulative weight of entire order and are different for domestic and international delivery.

3. Standard estimated delivery time for domestic orders will be 5-7 business days after confirmation.

4. In case you have not received your order within the advised time frame, we request you to raise the concern for the same at mezwaru@gmail.com with details of your order.

5. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard and express deliveries.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be borne by the customer who placed the order.

Shipment/delivery time of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Mezwaru. The shipment/delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Mezwaru shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Mezwaru.

The customer must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Mezwaru reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, your details are found not true (wholly or partly), Mezwaru has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the you from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

Delivery of orders would be address specific and not person specific.

All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. The Object Lab is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Mezwaru acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.

All our products are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange.

Note - If ANY of the products delivered has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, is broken/damaged, or a wrong product is delivered to you, please write to us at mezwaru@gmail.com along with a video of the product while opening the packaging. We will try to replace the product or initiate a refund depending on the scenario. Any complaint that is reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Personalized /Customized products are not subject to return or exchange.

Cancellation

After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Personalised/Customized products are not eligible for cancellation.

Note: Any delay in delivery due to unexpected circumstances in transit, order cannot be canceled. In case of cancellation no credit or refund will be provided.

Material, Colour Variations, Wear & Tear

Cement : Each piece is handcrafted and hand poured, this material is sensitive to weather while casting and setting. Hence no two pieces are alike. Air bubbles are very common in concrete. There may be slight variation in colour, shade, pattern and size from batch to batch as all cement products are handmade and each piece is unique

Reproduction of colours is as accurate as possible, although please note, colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor.

Canvas : Some products have digital printing on canvas on which slight variation might occur in different parts or patches. This is a general property of the canvas which cannot be controlled. The canvas is P.U finished which increases the durability of the material.

Yellowing can occur over years due to atmospheric pollution.

Scratches and Marks : Scratches and marks on the cement and resin surface are a part of the characteristics of the material. They do not qualify as defects. This can happen due to use over a period of time which enhances the look and feel of the product, adding to its appeal. Please note, these are NOT considered as defects or rejects.

Sizes. : All Mezwaru products are handcrafted , hence no two products are identical in their absolute measurements. There might be a slight variatio, but minimal to the eye which therefore would not change the essence of the design.

NOTE: Color variation cannot be subject to rejection of goods or merchandise.

Product Availability & Assembly

Due to popularity or short interruption of supply, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. Also at present, only a selection of our goods are available for online orders. We intend to extend this in future to a much wider range. Some items may require self assembly. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time and without notice

In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. MEZWARU will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.
